About the Role
As a Site Supervisor at Nada, you’re the point person on site. You’ll coordinate trades, maintain safety and cleanliness, and ensure that work matches the drawings and specifications. You’ll work closely with our Project Managers and trades to deliver well-run sites that homeowners feel comfortable visiting.
Responsibilities
Open and close sites daily; maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Coordinate trades and deliveries to keep work flowing efficiently
Review drawings and details, answering questions and escalating issues as needed
Track daily progress, document site notes, and share updates with the Project Manager
Perform basic layout, measurements, and quality checks on completed work
Enforce safety policies and WSIB / OHSA requirements
Build positive relationships with homeowners, neighbours, and building inspectors
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in residential construction, ideally in renovations or additions
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and residential building methods
Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings
Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for site reporting and communication
Reliable vehicle and valid Ontario driver’s licence
Nice to Have
Carpentry background or hands-on construction experience
Previous experience in a site lead or working foreperson role
First Aid, WHMIS, or other safety certifications
