About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager at Nada, you’ll own the delivery of major home renovation, addition, and interior remodeling projects from start to finish. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, trades, and client communication, partnering closely with our design team and site supervisors. This role is ideal for someone who has run complex residential projects before and wants to work in a design-driven, detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee multiple residential renovation projects from pre-construction through completion
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and change orders
Coordinate consultants, trades, suppliers, and inspectors to keep work on track
Lead regular client meetings and site walkthroughs, providing clear updates and next steps
Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to prevent issues in the field
Monitor quality on site, resolving deficiencies quickly and professionally
Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and close-out packages
Requirements
5–8+ years of experience in residential construction or design-build project management
Proven experience delivering kitchens, full-home renovations, basements, additions, or custom homes in the GTA
Strong understanding of Ontario Building Code, inspections, and permitting
Excellent communication skills with homeowners, trades, and consultants
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar) and basic Excel
Valid Ontario driver’s licence and ability to visit active job sites across the GTA West
Nice to Have
Experience with higher-end / luxury renovations or custom homes
Background in architecture, engineering, or interior design
PMP or Gold Seal certification, or similar construction management credentials
