About the Role
As an Intermediate Interior Designer at Nada, you’ll develop layouts, finishes, and details for kitchen, bathroom, and full-home renovation projects. You’ll collaborate with clients, manage selections, and coordinate with our project management and construction teams to make sure designs are both beautiful and buildable.
Responsibilities
Develop space plans, layouts, and design concepts for kitchens, baths, and interior renovations
Prepare drawings, elevations, and millwork details using CAD software
Lead finish and material selections, including cabinetry, counters, tile, plumbing fixtures, and lighting
Participate in client design meetings and presentations
Coordinate with suppliers and trades to confirm specifications and lead times
Provide design support during construction, answering RFIs and resolving on-site questions
Maintain organized digital libraries, boards, and project files
Requirements
3–5+ years of interior design experience, preferably in residential renovations or custom homes
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar design tools
Strong understanding of kitchen and bathroom planning standards and building codes
Portfolio demonstrating built work in kitchens, baths or interior renovations
Excellent communication skills and comfort in client-facing meetings
Nice to Have
NKBA certification or similar credentials
Experience coordinating with millwork shops and custom cabinetry suppliers
Familiarity with rendering tools for basic 3D visuals
